Hi,
I am facing a serious problem with Bandwidth Splitter installed on an ISA Server 2004(Enterprise Edition).
It does not take a user's https traffic into account until user close his/her session or the administrator kills it manually. This issue has caused many users exceeds much more than their quota while they have a https session opened. Does anybody know how to fix this issue? I mean how to take https traffic quota into account in real time?
